Courthouse is an urban neighborhood on the Orange Line of the Metro (subway) in Arlington County, Virginia. The Courthouse neighborhood is sometimes referred to as county seat.
The Courthouse neighborhoods consist primarily of high-rise residential and business buildings including office buildings, county administrative offices, and an 8-screen AMC movie theater.
Here you will also find one of the first garden-style apartments complexes built in the United States. Colonial Village, built in the 1930s, consists of both private condos and affordable apartments for rent and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
Following is a list of the condominium and townhouse communities located in and around Courthouse. Although 22201 is the main zipcode for Courthouse, a few of the following communities branch into Rosslyn (zip code 22209).

PLEASE keep in mind that these are condos or townhouses, and as such will have a condo fee or Home Owners Association (HOA) fee associated with their ownership. Details are specific to each community, and change over time. One way to find out more is to contact the Associations for each community directly.
Wherever possible I’ve inserted a link to the specific communities information. However, I can do a quick MLS search (or you can here) for any of these buildings to let you know what’s sold, for how much, what the current inventory is, what taxes look like, the price per square foot, etc. Just let me know what you’d like.
[I've compiled a lot of information here, and made every attempt to update and verify it as I put it together. However, I cannot completely guarantee its accuracy. Please let me know what you're looking for and I'll update the info, and always be sure to conduct your own due diligence before buying or selling any real estate.]

Do you have any 2 bedroom condos available within walking distance to the courthouse or rossyln metro in the $1700-$1800 price range?
Thanks.
It’s tough to find a two bedroom rental at this price that’s really within close walking distance to the metro. The one I found is more like a 10 minute walk. To get a nice, new condo, all shiny and bright with granite and stainless, you’d have to pay over $2000 per month….
